Alaska AFL-CIO Formally OPPOSES the Kroger-Albertsons Merger

During a meeting on Tuesday, July 11th, the Vice Presidents of the Alaska AFL-CIO unanimously passed a resolution opposing the Kroger-Safeway merger. This resolution was submitted to the Vice Presidents by United Food and Commercial Workers Local 1496, an Alaska AFL-CIO affiliate representing thousands of grocery and retail workers across Alaska.
